Tough Times for Working In the Outsourcing Industry

We're interested in hearing from others on how tough or not it's been working in the Outsourcing Industry? Specifically, the call center arena? There are millions of professionals working globally in the call center / contact center field. Many employees have been under the gun with the latest economic challenges. Are you challenged or threatened with job loss, reduced revenues, or at the minimum uncertainty?
